Dixie

Dixie, 21 years old, and a 15 hand, Warmblood Cross has returned to VEWS after her recent adoption wasn't a good fit. Dixie was scoped a couple weeks ago and diagnosed with ulcers which are being treated now. Dixie will have time to complete her treatment and settle back in before we reassess her under saddle. Previously, we rode Dixie with halter and lead rope with no issues. Dixie had her right eye removed several years ago but she is not spooky, reactive or flighty. An intelligent mare, she will be searching for her person...and did we mention her gorgeous frosted coloring? Stay tuned!
