VEWS volunteers attended a lunging clinic led by our trainer on January 27. More than 30 volunteers learned the basics of lunging and observed the fine tuning of lunging techniques using 3 of our adoptable horses. Shift leads can now take this info and assist their team members in putting this into practice. Lunging is one of the ways we prepare horses for their forever homes.
